About Us
What is IM Print Services?
We're a custom sticker printing operation run by Indigo Maiden: a wholesale gift brand that's been selling to independent bookstores and gift shops for years. We built IM Print Services because we already had the equipment, the expertise, and an intimate understanding of what indie brands and retailers actually need. You're not ordering from a faceless print factory. You're working with people who know your world.
Products & Capabilities
What kinds of stickers do you print?
We print kiss-cut and die-cut stickers on premium vinyl with a laminated (or unlaminated) finish. Whether you need individual stickers, sticker sheets, or a mix, we can make it happen. If you're not sure what format fits your use case, just ask - we're happy to talk it through.
Can I order stickers for resale in my shop?
Absolutely! That's exactly who we built this for. Many of our customers are indie retailers ordering stickers to sell on the floor or include in orders. We understand retail margins and can help you think through sizing, finish, and quantities that make sense for your space.
Do you offer design services?
We're a print service, not a design agency, so we work best when you come with artwork ready to go. That said, if you need minor adjustments to make a file print-ready, we can often help with that during the proofing process.
Pricing & Minimums
How does pricing work?
Pricing is volume-based and runs from $0.32 to $1.00 per sticker depending on quantity and complexity. You'll see the full pricing breakdown during checkout, so there's no surprises.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, there is a 50-unit minimum per sticker.
Files & Artwork
What file formats do you accept?
We accept vector files (PDF) and high-resolution raster files (JPEG or PNG w/ transparent background at 300 DPI or higher). For die-cut orders, we'll add a cut line for you. Not sure if your file is print-ready? Upload it and we'll take a look.
What if my artwork isn't quite right?
We'll review your file and flag any issues before moving to production. You'll receive a digital proof to approve before we run anything. We won't print until you've signed off.
Production & Turnaround
What's the turnaround time?
Standard production is 5-7 business days from proof approval. This is the amount of time we need to create and prep your order to ship, and doesn't include shipping time. Need something faster? Reach out before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes, and reorders are easy. We keep your approved artwork on file, so you skip the setup process and go straight to production. Just go to your order history and click reorder.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship, or is this local pickup only?
We offer both! Orders are packed and shipped from our production facility, or you can select local pickup at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Hours for local pickup are subject to staff availability. We will email you to setup a pickup time.
