Process
- We'll review your files and send a digital proof within 1-2 business days.
- Review your proof and request any changes. We offer up to two rounds of revisions.
- Approve your proof to kick off production.
- Your order will be ready to ship in 15-20 business days.
File Requirements
- PNG, JPEG, and PDF file types are accepted.
- Files must be 20mb or less.
- Submit your artwork as a print-ready magnetic bookmark file, sized and laid out for production, not a standalone design that needs to be adapted.
- We will add a cut line around a white border. Don't want a white border? Ensure your design has a minimum 0.25pt bleed and leave a note before you add it to your cart.
- Not sure if your file is set up correctly? Reach out before ordering and we'll take a look.
Material & Size
- Bookmarks are printed on high-quality stock and sealed with premium glossy lamination.
- Bookmarks will be printed no larger than 3" wide or 5" long.
Processing Time
We aim to have your order printed and ready to ship in 15-20 business days after proof approval.
Shipping
- Your order will ship via your choice of UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day Air, or UPS Next-Day Air.
- UPS Ground transit times can be found here: https://www.ups.com/maps/
- UPS 2-Day Air will arrive in 2 business days.
- UPS Next Day Air is overnight delivery (next business day).
Returns & Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted after proof approval.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for IM Print Services orders. Please contact us promptly if you have any issues with your order.
